DIMENSIONS: Ledges are 4 inches deep by 2.5 inches tall with a 1.5 inch front lip. There is 2.5 inches of usable space between the front and back of the shelf.

OPTIONAL “Fill Holes” – There are small trim nails that hold the shelf together. They are put in along the front bottom lip. Filling holes is the option to have these tiny trim nail holes along the front filled in or not. Some prefer the small hole look while others like a smooth front. If selecting to fill holes, they would be filled in with wood putty so they essentially “disappear” vs. leaving the holes for a more rustic look. The way we construct your shelf would vary depending in your choice. The holes may be more apparent in painted products vs stained. It is entirely personal preference and very popular both ways.
HANGING INSTRUCTIONS: Drill & Screwdriver needed!!! NOTE: Use of a power drill or over tightening could cause wood to split For installation pre drill holes through back of shelf in line with studs in wall if possible. This will give your shelf the best support. Screws will be included for you.
